I coach and advise leaders to foster creativity in places of work, I facilitate workshops, and occasionally I take on a micro-residency.
A place of work might be an artist's studio, a community neighbourhood or any organizational structure in between.
At the core of what I do is a journey into self-awareness. The journey into creativity is one of coming home to oneself.

What I really want to do here is impress you with books I've read, and methodologies I know. But that's not what makes a difference for people. The best thing I can offer you is to be present, listen well and ask good questions. It's simple, and not easy.
Relationship is the soil from which everything grows.
The most important relationship you have is your relationship with yourself. It determines how you show up for the people you serve. Self-awareness, self-care and team-care are among the most important capacities for any leader. Particularly leaders of creative teams.
Slow-is-fast.
Heart-led leaders understand, slow is actually fast. Slow-is-fast isn't about doing everything slowly, it's about doing everything at an appropriate speed, and doing everything as well as possible. Particularly relationships. Scaling-deep with yourself, with team members, co-workers, collaborators and partners does take time and effort, and is absolutely worth it.
